Job summary

BFS Foods seeks an experienced restaurant leader to oversee daily operations for a Dairy Queen / OJ’s location. You will manage quality, service, and atmosphere while driving financial performance and guest experience.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, and coaching the store team, optimizing labor and COGS, and executing local marketing initiatives. Strong results orientation and customer focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of restaurant management experience with responsibility for restaurant profit and loss.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven track record of effectively managing COGS and labor.
• ServSafe certified or approved equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations to meet quality, service and atmosphere targets.
• Hire, train, coach and develop the store management team and crew.
• Manage scheduling to meet labor goals and drive sales.
• Develop and implement local store marketing and promotional activities.
• Ensure food safety, sanitation and safety standards are maintained.
