Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of restaurant management experience with P&L responsibility.

• Proven track record of managing food costs and labor.
• Must be ServSafe certifiable.
• Excellent coaching and staff development abilities.
• Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage entire operation of restaurant during scheduled shifts, ensuring quality, service and atmosphere to meet guest expectations.
• Strive to meet or exceed set business goals; manage inventory, ordering, and cash control.
• Utilize POS systems and computer tools effectively.
• Maintain adherence to DQ standards and safety protocols.
• Lead, train and coach shift leads and crew for optimal performance.
