Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations, including financial performance, product production, inventory, personnel, sales and marketing.
• Lead training and development of management and crew on PRIDE systems and routines.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase average check size and visit frequency.
• Foster a positive work environment and resolve customer concerns promptly.
