Responsibilities

• Ensure PRIDE systems and routines are applied and train managers and crew.
• Manage profit and loss, control COGS, and optimize labor.
• Set staffing and scheduling to meet demand and guest-service standards.
• Drive fan service and promptly address customer concerns.
