Job summary

BFS Foods in Morgantown, WV seeks an operations-focused restaurant leader to oversee the Dairy Queen store, managing financial performance, production, inventory, personnel, sales, and marketing to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

You will recruit and develop the management team, ensure ServSafe and safety standards, optimize scheduling and labor, and build a positive, high-performing environment aligned with franchise guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of restaurant management experience, with responsibility for restaurant profit and loss.
• High School diploma or equivalent required; ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations, ensuring quality, service and atmosphere to create value and a great guest experience.
• Manage P&L, inventory, and labor to optimize sales and profitability, adjusting plans as needed.
• Lead training on PRIDE systems, recipes, food safety practices and restaurant safety.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase average check value and customer visits.
• Handle customer concerns promptly and maintain top Fan service standards.
