Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1-4 years supervisory experience with Profit & Loss responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor and product costs; order supplies; schedule employees.
• Recruit, train, and motivate hourly staff; ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain inventory, cleanliness, and hospitality standards.
• Prepare and submit reports; supervise cash handling and security.
