• Leads guest service, monitors appearance, courtesy, selling, and supports marketing.
• Manages daily ops: labor costs, orders, inventory, waste, and weekly schedules.
• Builds productivity through recruiting, training, and motivation.
• Ensures safety: OSHA/compliance and secure operations.
