The GM will manage staffing, training, scheduling, inventory, and financial controls, including labor and cost management, to drive profitable results.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1-4 years supervisory experience in food or retail with Profit & Loss responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Creates value for shareholders through efficient operations, appropriate cost controls, and profit management.
• Maintains highest level of Quality, Service, Cleanliness and Hospitality by personally spending time interacting with guests during peak hours and ensuring all menu items are always available.
• Monitors and improves guest service and guest relations; supports marketing efforts as needed.
• Controls day-to-day operations by tracking labor and product costs; manages inventory and weekly schedules; follows procedures for receiving and storing products.
• Recruits, interviews, trains hourly staff; enforces safety and company policies; maintains a safe work environment.
