Job summary

Pancheros Mexican Grill is seeking a General Manager to direct the daily operations of one of our locations. You will lead a team, ensure fast, friendly service, and uphold food safety and brand standards across all stations.

You will forecast staffing, manage inventory and costs, resolve guest concerns, and maintain equipment and facility standards to deliver a top‑notch guest experience in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a high‑volume restaurant.
• Strong communication and problem solving under pressure.
• Ability to forecast labor needs and manage costs.
• Fluent in English; able to read and act on written procedures.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations to meet company standards.
• Supervise 3–10 employees per shift and assign tasks.
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and product quality.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Plan and manage staff scheduling and labor costs.
• Maintain inventory, cash handling, and cost controls.
