Job summary

Pancheros Mexican Grill is seeking an experienced General Manager to directly supervise the operations of a specific restaurant, ensuring adherence to company standards in service, food production, safety, and sanitation. You will hire, train, supervise and evaluate staff, manage scheduling and attendance, and oversee financial controls and daily reporting.

Ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, strong customer focus, and ability to maintain high-quality prep, portion control, and cleanliness.

Qualifications

Experience leading a team in a fast‑paced restaurant environment.
Ability to hire, train, supervise and evaluate staff fairly.
Strong focus on customer satisfaction, speed of service and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

Directs restaurant operations to meet company standards in service, safety, and sanitation.
Supervises 3–10 employees per shift and assigns tasks.
Manages scheduling, labor forecasting and attendance control.
Oversees food prep quality and portion control, inventory, and cash handling.
Resolves customer complaints and ensures customer satisfaction.
Maintains cleanliness, safety, sanitation, and maintenance across all areas.
Markets the restaurant locally to increase brand awareness.
Completes daily, weekly and monthly reports and communicates results.
