Job summary

Pancheros Mexican Grill is seeking a hands-on General Manager in Davenport, IA to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure adherence to company standards in service, food safety, and financial performance.

You will hire, train, and evaluate staff; schedule to meet demand; control costs; and maintain outstanding customer service while upholding sanitation and safety policies. This leadership role offers growth opportunities and a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise restaurant operations to ensure company standards.
• Hire, train, supervise and evaluate restaurant personnel.
• Schedule staff and monitor attendance to meet labor needs.
• Ensure food production, safety, sanitation and quality standards.
• Control costs and manage cash handling and inventory.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle complaints.
• Market the restaurant within the neighborhood to raise brand awareness.
• Complete daily, weekly and monthly reports and communicate results.
