Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute annual financial, local restaurant marketing, guest service, and HR objectives.
• Manage the restaurant floor and maintain regular guest contact.
• Recruit, train, and retain employees and coach performance.
• Ensure SOP compliance and document performance issues.
• Oversee food quality, recipes, plating, temperatures, and ticket times.
• Order supplies, manage inventory, and avoid stockouts.
• Supervise equipment, building, sanitation, and safety compliance.
• Oversee marketing promotions and required reporting.
