The RGM will manage a team of 10–45 employees, maintain financial controls, and drive performance across shifts, while collaborating with the District Manager and support teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Completion of company internal certification programs.
• 1–2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Solid understanding of P&L interpretation to drive profitability.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a single restaurant (10–45 employees).
• Lead the restaurant management team and manage financial controls, operations, and staff development.
• Work long or irregular shifts as needed for proper functioning of the restaurant.
• Report to District Manager and directly manage Team Members and Assistant Managers.
• Interact with restaurant staff, management, customers, and external vendors.
