Job summary

Burger King is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee all aspects of store operations, lead a high-performing team, and drive guest satisfaction. This role reports to the Area Coach and requires hands-on leadership, financial oversight, and strategic execution to optimize profitability and guest experience.

The RGM will supervise staff, manage scheduling, ensure food safety, and maintain brand standards while developing talent for future roles.

Qualifications

• Must have prior restaurant management experience with P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record in staff coaching, scheduling and team development.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and trains restaurant-level employees, ensuring brand standards.
• Manages staffing levels, recruitment, and internal candidate development.
• Maintains cleanliness, food safety, and brand image.
• Analyzes financial performance and leads cost-control initiatives.
• Interacts with guests to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Leads shift operations, scheduling, and collaboration with store leadership.
