Job summary

Dhanani Group Inc is seeking a Restaurant General Manager (RGM) for Burger King to oversee daily restaurant operations in San Antonio, TX. The RGM will ensure guest satisfaction, drive profitability, and lead a team of 10-45 employees across shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and guest satisfaction.
• Lead restaurant management team and oversee financial controls, operations, and people development.
• Ensure adherence to policies, schedules, and district guidelines across all shifts.
• Interact with team members, management, and vendors to support operations.
• Work long or irregular shifts as needed for proper functioning of the restaurant.
