Job summary

Burger King is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in San Antonio to oversee daily operations of a single restaurant, leading a team of 10-45 employees and driving guest satisfaction, sales, profitability, and retention. The role requires coordinating with a District Manager and managing diverse staff across shifts.

The RGM will supervise financial controls, operations, people development, and customer service, with long and irregular shifts as needed to ensure restaurant targets are met.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 2 years of college preferred.
• Complete internal certification programs.
• 1-2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P-L interpretation and management to influence profitability.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work and meet deadlines.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• The RGM has overall responsibility for managing daily operations of a single restaurant (10-45 employees).
• Leads the restaurant management team and oversees financial controls, operations, people development, guest service and compliance.
• Should be able to work long or irregular shifts, including extra shifts as needed.
• Overseen by a District Manager and manages Team Members, Shift Coordinators and Assistant Managers.
• Interacts with restaurant team members, management, customers, field ops team and outside vendors.
