McDonald’s franchise location in New Jersey seeks a General Manager to run a profitable restaurant while upholding McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You will lead a team of Department Managers and set goals with leadership to drive performance and guest experience.

Ideal candidates have GM experience in high-volume quick-service or hospitality, are 18+, and demonstrate coaching, scheduling, and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for meeting McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Leads a team of Department Managers, sets goals, follows up, and provides coaching to improve departments.
• Experience in quick service, hospitality, or retail is strongly desired; age 18+ required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant experience, including food production and guest service, and direct crew and manager work.
• Plan and manage all People processes: recruiting, onboarding, staffing, performance management, training.
• Make critical business decisions around inventory, budget and food costs to meet targets.
• Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards and maintain guest and employee safety.
