The role emphasizes coaching, goal setting, and staff development to ensure excellent guest experiences and steady growth. The ideal candidate has prior GM experience in quick-service or hospitality settings, is 18+ years old, and is committed to building a strong team

Qualifications

• Must have previous General Manager experience in high-volume quick-service restaurants.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to develop Department Managers and Shift Managers.
• Must be 18 years or older and capable of managing restaurant operations and staff.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant while meeting McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Lead a team of Department Managers; set goals and provide coaching to achieve them.
• Hire, develop, and schedule restaurant staff to ensure optimal operations.
