McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager for a franchised restaurant. You will run a profitable operation, uphold Quality, Service and Cleanliness, and lead a team of Department Managers to meet ambitious goals.

You’ll recruit and develop Department and Shift Managers, ensuring the right people are in place to drive success in a high-volume environment. 18+ and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Experience as General Manager in a restaurant.
• Experience in high-volume settings preferred.
• Background in hospitality or retail is desirable.
