McDonald's in the United States seeks a General Manager to run a profitable restaurant while upholding McDonald’s customer standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness. You will lead a team of Department Managers, set goals, monitor progress and coach to improve performance.

Ideal candidates have GM experience at high-volume locations, preferably in quick service, hospitality, or retail. Must be 18 or older. Competitive pay with benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• The General Manager is responsible for running a profitable restaurant and for making sure the restaurant meets McDonald’s critical customer standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations. A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Department Managers, set their goals, follow up on progress, and provide coaching and direction to improve their Departments.
• Help hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to ensure the right team to lead into the future.
• Run a profitable restaurant while maintaining McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
