McDonald’s franchise restaurant is seeking a General Manager to run a profitable operation and uphold McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness. The role leads Department and Shift Managers, sets goals, provides coaching, and ensures the right team is in place for future growth.

Ideal candidates have prior General Manager experience in high-volume locations, with a background in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail. Candidates must be 18+ to manage.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• Background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Department and Shift Managers to meet restaurant goals.
• Set goals with leaders, follow up on progress, and provide coaching to improve departments.
• Hire and develop department and shift managers to ensure the right team for future growth.
• Drive profitability by maintaining McDonald’s customer standards: Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
