Job summary

Arby’s, Inc. is seeking a General Manager in Uhrichsville, OH to lead restaurant operations, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will manage a high-performing team, uphold food safety standards, and model the company values in daily hospitality.

The GM will oversee all day-to-day activities, support staff, and ensure consistent execution of brand standards while fostering a positive culture and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of foodservice management experience; GM experience preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred
• ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided)

Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of the restaurant to achieve sales and profit objectives while upholding brand standards
• Lead a high-performing management team and ensure food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation
