Arby’s is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, drive profitability, and ensure guest satisfaction. The GM will manage a high-performing team, uphold food quality and safety standards, and model the company values in a hands-on leadership role.

Responsibilities include directing daily operations, achieving sales objectives, maintaining cleanliness, safety, and brand standards, while supporting staff development and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• 2+ years of foodservice management experience (GM role)
• High School Diploma or GED; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred
• ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided)

Mansioni

• Direct the operation of the restaurant to ensure guest experience and profitability
• Attain sales and profit objectives while upholding standards of quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation
• Lead and supervise managers and team members; act as a hands-on leader
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure brand standards across the restaurant
• Support all positions as needed and foster a positive culture and development
