Job summary

Arby’s is seeking a General Manager (GM) to lead daily restaurant operations, drive profitability, and ensure guest satisfaction. The GM will supervise a management team, uphold food safety and brand standards, and foster a positive culture that supports development and engagement across the restaurant.

As a hands‑on leader, the GM will support all positions as needed and drive continuous improvement to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of foodservice management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided)

Responsibilities

• The General Manager leads restaurant operations to ensure a positive guest experience and profitability.
• Directs the operation of the restaurant and attainment of sales and profit objectives.
• Maintains high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation; supervises managers and team members.
