Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of foodservice management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of the restaurant to meet sales and profit objectives.
• Maintain the highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation by directing and supervising managers and team members.
• Lead a high‑performing management team and actively support all positions as needed.
• Drive continuous improvement across the restaurant.
