Job summary

Arby's, Inc. is seeking a General Manager to serve as the strategic and operational leader of the restaurant, driving profitability and guest satisfaction. You will oversee daily operations, lead a management team, ensure food-safety and brand standard execution, and foster a culture that supports team development.

The GM will model Arby's core values, deliver hospitality, and support all positions as needed while driving continuous improvement across the restaurant.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of foodservice management experience; QSR or casual dining GM experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
• ServeSafe Certification preferred (training may be provided)

Responsibilities

• Direct the operation of the restaurant to attain sales and profit objectives.
• Maintain highest standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation.
• Lead and develop a high-performing management team and staff.
• Create memorable guest experiences and a positive culture across the restaurant.
