Church's Chicken is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead operations at a Church's location. The RGM oversees all business activities, drives sales, controls expenses, and creates a positive, engaging environment for team members while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires strong leadership, a focus on guest satisfaction, and adherence to company policies, with responsibilities spanning training, budgeting and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• Successfully complete all training and pass all applicable tests.

Responsibilities

• Creates an in-store service environment that exceeds guest expectations with friendly, quick, and accurate service.
• Communicates and follows up with guests to obtain feedback and identify service and food quality improvement opportunities.
• Assists and resolves all guest complaints in-person or by phone using the listen, apologize, satisfy and thank model.
• Ensures all incoming calls are handled promptly, courteously, and professionally.
• Directs and conducts regular training with team members.
• Provides regular feedback to all team members and identifies areas for improvement.
