Job summary

Church's Chicken is seeking a Restaurant General Manager who is passionate about providing our guests with a high quality, value-oriented dining experience with friendly, quick, accurate service in a clean and safe environment.

The RGM is responsible for all business activities at one restaurant location, including achieving sales goals, controlling expenses, training and developing team members, and maintaining compliance with all policies, labor laws, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience in the restaurant industry.
• Successful completion of training and passing tests.

Responsibilities

• Create an in-store service environment that exceeds guest expectations.
• Communicate with guests to gather feedback and improve service and food quality.
• Address guest complaints using listen, apologize, satisfy, and thank.
• Ensure calls are handled promptly and courteously.
• Direct and conduct regular staff training.
• Provide feedback to team members and identify development areas.
• Cross-train and develop new skills with direct reports.
• Maintain a positive, productive work environment and recognize performance.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain restaurant inventory and equipment maintenance.
• Prepare and analyze operation reports.
