Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 1+ year supervisory experience in restaurant.
• Successful completion of all required training and tests.

Responsibilities

• Create an in-store service environment that exceeds guest expectations for friendly, quick, and accurate service.
• Communicate with guests to obtain feedback and identify opportunities for service/food quality improvement.
• Address guest complaints promptly using listen-apologize-satisfy-and-thank approach.
• Ensure calls are handled promptly and professionally.
• Lead regular team training and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Oversee scheduling and development of team members; promote a positive work culture.
