Job summary

Ultipro in Winston-Salem, NC, is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to direct daily operations of the Hardee’s restaurant, ensuring alignment with brand vision and delivering exceptional guest service.

The RGM will lead hiring, training, and coaching, manage safety and quality standards, and partner with Human Resources and district leadership to drive sales, labor optimization, and local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ restaurant operations experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations to align with brand standards and values.
• Lead, train, and coach staff to meet service and performance expectations.
• Oversee food safety, quality, and cleanliness to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage scheduling, labor costs, and inventory to achieve margin targets.
• Collaborate with HR on employee relations and compliance.
• Drive local store marketing initiatives with the District Manager.
