Job summary

Hardee's Restaurants, LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager in North Carolina to lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring top service, food safety, and financial performance. You will recruit, train, and coach staff while maintaining brand standards and a customer-focused culture.

The role requires managing schedules across parts of the day and coordinating with HR on people initiatives, with travel between locations as needed to support operations and maintain consistency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ experience in restaurant operation.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
• Must maintain reliable personal transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of the Hardee’s restaurant.
• Train, coach and develop top talent to achieve People, Customer, Sales and Profit goals.
• Ensure food safety standards and ServSafe/TAPS compliance.
• Monitor sales, labor, inventory and controllables to meet margin targets.
• Partner with HR to resolve employee relations issues and maintain compliance.
