Job summary

CKE Restaurants, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to direct daily operations of a Hardee’s restaurant, modeling company values and driving performance across People, Customer, Sales and Profit.

The RGM will select and coach top talent, manage staff across shifts, ensure food safety, customer satisfaction, and profitability, and collaborate with Human Resources to address employee relations while maintaining compliance with laws and company standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in restaurant operation.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, and weekends.
• Must maintain reliable personal transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance to travel between locations.

Responsibilities

• Direct the daily operations of a Hardee’s restaurant in alignment with Brand Vision, Mission and Promise.
• Select, train, and coach top talent to achieve performance in People, Customer, Sales and Profit.
• Lead performance management to set teams up for success and accountability.
• Maintain an open door policy and effective communication with all employees.
• Oversee shifts, ensure food safety and customer service standards, and drive profitability.
• Travel between company locations to support operations and attend meetings.
