You'll partner with the Restaurant General Manager, drive performance, manage labor and costs, and uphold brand standards while fostering a fun, inclusive team culture in a fast-paced environment. This role requires hands-on leadership and flexibility, including weekends.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in restaurant or retail management.
• People-first leadership with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Experience managing food and labor costs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of daily restaurant operations, from front counter to back of house.
• Lead shifts with confidence—ensuring speed, accuracy, and guest experiences.
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members to hit service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety standards, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and safety procedures.
• Help with hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
