Job summary

Popeyes in Scottsdale is seeking a General Manager to lead all restaurant operations, drive guest satisfaction, and champion a high-energy, customer-focused culture.

You will recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent, manage inventory, labor, and costs, oversee health and safety standards, and push sales growth through excellent operations and local marketing to meet financial goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Financial acumen including P&L understanding.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards in food quality, guest service, and cleanliness
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop top talent for all team positions
• Motivate and coach team members and managers to achieve goals and deliver an exceptional guest experience
• Oversee inventory management, food and labor costs, and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Drive sales growth and profitability through operational excellence and local marketing
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and administrative tasks efficiently
• Build a positive team culture that reflects Popeyes values
