Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, orient, train, assign, and schedule team members with the District Manager.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff; manage performance with DM collaboration.
• Set expectations, monitor performance, review compensation actions, enforce policies.
• Communicate with DM about operational and HR issues in a timely manner.
• Perform regular inspections; ensure standards and sanitation compliance.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records; resolve service issues gracefully.
