Job summary

Wingstop is seeking a General Manager to partner with the District Manager to oversee daily store operations in Powder Springs, GA. The role focuses on exceptional customer service, strong leadership, and proactive team management to drive operational excellence.

The GM will recruit, train, and supervise team members, work with HR on performance and staffing, and ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained across front- and back-of-house areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the store and ensure top-notch customer service.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise team members in partnership with the District Manager.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff in alignment with company policies.
• Communicate with District Manager on operations and HR issues.
• Perform regular restaurant inspections and ensure sanitation and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory and maintain accurate record keeping.
