Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager – Hardee's to operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager. You will lead by example, hire and train staff, and ensure quality, service and cleanliness while focusing on profitability.

Responsibilities include scheduling, labor control, coaching, and maintaining standards for safety and food quality. This role requires strong communication, conflict resolution, and a positive, professional presence

Qualifications

• 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant based on company standards and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant and accommodate guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management team and crew.
