Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an experienced General Manager in Newnan, GA to lead daily store operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will work with the District Manager to supervise both front- and back-of-house teams, ensuring high standards and strong operational results.

The role requires restaurant leadership experience, a passion for growing the business, and a proven ability to manage schedules, performance, and inventory. Flexibility for weekends and nights is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of previous food service, retail or restaurant supervisory experience.
• Manager Food Handler Certification required.
• Restaurant experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, orient, train, assign, and schedule team members in partnership with the District Manager.
• Work with the District Manager and HR to coach, counsel, and discipline staff.
• Communicate job expectations and monitor performance; enforce policies and procedures.
• Provide timely communication with District Manager about operational issues.
• Conduct regular restaurant inspections to ensure standards.
• Track inventory and ensure accurate record keeping.
• Resolve food prep issues and coach staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain safe, sanitary facilities and comply with regulations.
• Take ownership for new responsibilities and seek opportunities to add value.
