Baked! is seeking a seasoned General Manager to lead a fast-paced restaurant location. You will oversee daily operations, mentor a high-performing team, and uphold our standards of exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

The role requires leadership, hands-on involvement, and the ability to manage in a high-volume environment, including evenings and weekends. ServSafe certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and accountability.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations and food safety standards.
• Reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team and manage daily operations to ensure smooth service.
• Oversee food preparation, cleanliness, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor inventory, food preparation, waste, and product levels; control labor and food costs.
• Assist with hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training new employees; ensure cross-training.
• Drive sales through promotions, team execution, and excellent customer service.
