The GM oversees cash control, inventory, training, and HR duties while ensuring top-quality food and service, with a focus on profitability and continuous improvement. Flexible scheduling and career growth are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Restaurant/Retail experience (Experienced in serving customers)
• Ability to work flexible schedules including late nights
• Customer service and leadership capabilities
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliability and travel ability as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant teams to deliver quality food in a fast-paced, friendly environment
• Control cash, inventory and equipment to ensure profitability and compliance
• Coach and develop staff to achieve service excellence and staffing goals
• Maintain high standards of quality, service, service speed and cleanliness across all dayparts
• Perform HR duties to maximize employee engagement and retention
• Interview and recommend candidates to maintain proper staffing levels
• Complete required administrative duties and provide comprehensive training to employees
• Ensure food safety procedures meet company and health department standards
