Job summary

Wendys of Western Virginia is seeking energetic General Managers to lead operations and teams at one of our Roanoke or Lynchburg locations. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage staff, control budgets, and ensure safety and quality standards in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment.

As a leader, you will coach your team, set schedules, interview candidates, and uphold company policies while delivering strong results.

Qualifications

• Restaurant/Retail experience required.
• College degree or 3-4 years line operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including late nights.
• Customer Service Skills, Effective Communication, Leadership/Organizational Skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant team to deliver best food in a friendly, fast-paced environment.
• Control and monitor cash, inventory, and equipment to ensure success.
• Empower and assist team to achieve organizational goals and service excellence.
• Set standards for quality, service, and cleanliness across all dayparts.
• Perform HR duties to maximize employee engagement and retention.
• Interview and recommend candidates to achieve proper staffing levels.
• Complete all required administrative duties and provide training.
• Ensure food safety procedures meet company and health department standards.
