Wendys of Western Virginia is seeking a General Manager to lead one of our locations in Roanoke or Lynchburg. You will guide staff and operations, drive guest satisfaction, and contribute to profitability in a family-friendly, fast-paced setting.

As a leader, you will set the tone for service excellence, ensure food safety and quality, manage staffing, and coach the team through training and development. Flexible schedules and a stable work environment are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Restaurant/retail experience preferred
• College degree or 3-4 years of line operations in restaurant industry
• Ability to work flexible schedules including late nights
• Strong customer service, communication, and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel to Bank, other restaurants and Area Office
• Reliability is a must

Responsibilities

• Lead team to create a restaurant of choice with great food in a fast-paced, friendly environment
• Control and monitor cash, inventory, and equipment for success
• Coach and empower team to achieve goals and deliver service excellence
• Set standards for quality, service and cleanliness across all dayparts
• Perform HR duties to maximize employee engagement and retention
• Interview and recommend candidates to staff stores adequately
• Complete required administrative duties and reporting
• Provide A+ training through established systems
• Ensure food safety procedures meet company and health dept standards
