Responsibilities

• Lead the Team & Build Culture - recruit, train and develop a high‑performing team; coach and appraise staff; build succession plans.
• Drive Results & Manage Operations - meet sales and profit goals via labor, inventory and guest experience; oversee operations.
• Develop the Team - train and perform line and managerial duties; motivate staff to hit goals.
• Ensure Quality & Compliance - maintain a clean, safe restaurant; pass audits; uphold brand standards.
• Financial Oversight - manage budgets, labor and inventory; minimize waste; prepare promos to boost profitability.
• Guest Focus & Recovery - address complaints to recover guests and build loyalty.
• Adapt & Execute - handle fast-paced, high-stress situations; embrace new tech; work extra hours as needed.
• Performance Metrics & Expectations - work 45+ hours weekly, meet KPIs and maintain scoreboards.
