Job summary

General Manager opportunity at Surcheros in Savannah, GA. You will lead the restaurant team, drive guest experiences, and manage daily operations with a focus on culture, hospitality, and financial performance.

As a GM, you’ll develop leaders, coach teams, and execute at a high level to deliver outstanding results while living the Surcheros values. Competitive compensation includes a performance-based bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in Fast Casual or Quick Service.
• Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
• Experience with hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials including labor, food cost, and P&L management.
• Food Safety/ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain).
• Proficient with restaurant technology and Microsoft Office.
