Job summary

Surcheros Fresh Mex is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, foster a positive culture, and deliver exceptional Guest experiences. You will recruit, coach, and develop leaders while driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence.

You will manage daily staffing, food safety, and customer satisfaction, building strong community relations and ensuring the restaurant reflects the Surcheros Fresh Tex-Mex brand values.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of restaurant management experience is required.
• Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials including labor, food cost, and P&L management.
• Experience with hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Food Safety/ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain).
