Surcheros in Thomasville, GA is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant, create exceptional Guest experiences, and build an engaging workplace where Team Members love coming to work. You will set the standard for culture, hospitality, operational excellence, and financial performance, and coach a team to develop leaders while owning sales growth, profitability, labor, and food costs.

Compensation range is $75,000 - $100,000 annually, inclusive of monthly performance-based bonus

Formación

• 2–5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
• Experience with hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials including labor, food cost, and P&L management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead people and develop managers, shift leaders, and team members into future leaders.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences with hospitality and service excellence.
• Drive daily restaurant operations, maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
• Own the business: monitor sales, profitability, labor, and costs; analyze trends and take action.
