Surcheros Fresh Mex is seeking a General Manager to lead our Georgia restaurant, driving exceptional guest experiences and a vibrant team culture. You will set standards for hospitality, food quality, and operational excellence while delivering strong financial results.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of restaurant management experience.
• Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams.
• Experience with hiring, scheduling, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of restaurant financials including labor, food cost, and P&L management.
• Food Safety/ServSafe Certification or ability to obtain.
• Proficient with restaurant technology and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead People: create a respectful, engaging culture and recruit, onboard, and retain top talent.
• Drive Operations: oversee daily restaurant operations, staffing, scheduling, and food safety.
• Own the Business: focus on sales growth, profitability, and cost control.
