KING Burger King Kansas King Inc. operates BURGER KING® restaurants and seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive profitability, and ensure guest satisfaction.

The role oversees an Assistant Manager and a team of 20-45 employees, directing people development and operating standards in a fast-paced environment. The RGM will manage P&L, staffing, scheduling, and compliance while delivering high-quality, affordable food and a consistent guest experience across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required, 2 years of college preferred.
• 1-2 years of previous restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L management & drivers of restaurant profitability.
• Ability to prioritize own and others’ work and time to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant P&L and actively drive profitability.
• Drive sales through proactive guest service, people development & operations management.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and coaching to build an effective team.
• Optimize labor and scheduling for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, employment laws and brand standards.
• Cover duties of Assistant Manager & Hourly Shift Manager when necessary.
