The role requires supervision experience, Serv Safe certification, and strong leadership abilities to drive performance in a fast-paced environment. This on-site position serves as a key link between staff and the District/Area management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; University degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be Serv Safe Certified.
• Knowledge of P&L statements.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong skills in the areas of Communication, Leadership, and Conflict resolution.
• Requires open availability.

Responsibilities

• Oversees front counter operations to ensure quality service.
• Trains and coaches employees to deliver courteous guest service.
• Develops sales strategies and monitors local store marketing.
• Manages labor scheduling and adherence to labor guidelines.
• Reviews P&L statements and controls costs.
• Ensures health, safety, and cleanliness standards are met.
