Responsibilities

• Control costs (food, labor, cash) to guidelines and budgets.
• Drive sales growth by improving key metrics like service speed and quality.
• Maintain adequate staffing levels for all days/parts.
• Prepare and conduct performance appraisals for staff.
• Handle hiring for crew, shift leaders, and managers.
• Coach and train team to required certifications and performance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization per sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws.
• Keep environment safe for workers and guests and take corrective actions.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and report needed repairs.
• Ensure guest service excellence and address complaints to drive repeat business.
• Provide feedback to area coach on operating results.
• Manage turnover through effective selection/training and positive environment.
• Assist with food preparation and cash handling as needed.
